The Truetzschler Nonwovens & Man-Made Fiber companies are leading suppliers of machinery and know-how for the production of nonwoven products and man-made filaments for carpet and industrial applications.


The product range includes equipment for fiber opening (bale and fine opener, blending bins), web forming (cards and crosslapper), spunlacing (hydroentangling), through-air- and chemical bonding and winding. Of particular recognition is the AquaJet unit for hydroentanglement, the broad range of through-air dryer types and thermofusion ovens and machinery for winding, unwinding and slitting/rewinding. Truetzschler Nonwovens sites is able to supply complete nonwoven lines for spunlacing (hydroentangling) as well as thermo- and chemical bonding.


In Germany customers can take advantage of the new, enlarged Nonwovens Customer and Technology Center. State-of-the-art machinery in flexible configurations allow for material and process trials on an industrial scale.


Truetzschler Nonwovens’ now concentrates on solutions for making sustainable nonwovens from renewable resources such as cotton and natural fibers, viscose and wood pulp. These are the basis for biodegradable, single-use end products such as wet and dry wipes, face masks, femcare and medical textiles.
