Kimberly-Clark Corporation will close its Neenah Nonwovens facility March 31. The closure will affect over 70 employees, most of which will be laid off between March 15-29. The closure of the Neenah site is part of a corporate restructuring program, announced in January 2018,that will impact more than 10 plants and 5000-5500 workers and save the maker of Huggies diapers millions. In North America, the company has already announced it will close a site in Conway, AR. It had planned to close another Wisconsin site in Fox Crossing but that facility was saved by a $28 million tax incentive package put together by then-Governor Scott Walker.
