The A.Celli Academy held a session on the optimization of maintenance processes for A.Celli Nonwovens machines at its Israeli customer Avgol’s premises.
With a mixed audience of participants from various locations and different nationalities, Marco Nottoli illustrated the most recent innovations to obtain the best results from A.Celli machines. “By systematically applying certain procedures, an improvement in the performance of the customer’s machinery is achieved, in terms of efficiency and productivity, with the consequent reduction in maintenance and downtime,” he said. “Great customer satisfaction that appreciated very much this unique and dedicated training opportunity.”
A.Celli’s latest developments include the new generation of Master Roll Winders STREAM and the RAPID range of Slitter Rewinders.
Further recent launches include R-WAY, the new generation Roll Handling and Packaging System, and the reel management system AGV R-WAY.
The company has also recently enhanced its presence in the key Chinese market with the opening of a new company branch in Foshan in Guandong province.
It has been almost 20 years since A.Celli envisioned a strong future in Asia where, after observing the growing demand for paper and nonwovens machinery, opened its first branch office and, later, the A.Celli Shanghai Machinery Company in Shanghai, China.
As part of a plan aimed at making itself increasingly competitive in the region’s hygiene and nonwovens fabric manufacturing sectors, and ensuring it is in a position to respond more quickly to customer demands, the company has now established A.Celli Foshan Technology Co. Ltd.
