To quickly, easily, and accurately test the air permeability of various materials (including tightly coated fabric, very loose paper felt, etc.). The fourth generation of air permeability measurement pressure is greatly increased, which can be directly measured in the production site, but also used in the laboratory, to meet the test needs of different products, to help you optimize the product.
It uses dynamic, static and programmed methods to test the water permeability of plastic films, coated and uncoated textiles, non-woven fabrics, surgical gowns, special fabrics, etc.
The instrument combines breathable, pressure drop and thickness functions, installed on the production line, can be fixed point testing and can continuously test the air permeability, pressure drop and gram weight of moving fabric, non-woven fabric, felt and film.
The water vapor transmittance is measured by gravimetric method, and the test is fully automatic, measuring 12 or 15 samples at the same time. According to the standard requirements of hygroscopic method and evaporation method, positive cup or reverse cup, different test environments are set up to meet the standard requirements for intermittent weighing. The instrument conforms to a number of international standards.
