German Fil T Eq FEMA 1 Filter testing for"Testing of Cleanable Filter Media" is used to detect the static and dynamic filtration efficiency of pulse cleaning filter material, and can also simulate the real application performance of filter material through heating and aging. It meets several international standards such as VDI / DIN 3926, ASTM D6830-02, ISO 11057, GB / T 6719, and GB12625.
SGS France Personal Hygiene Products Performance Test System, test using realistic manikin, simulated in lying, sitting, walking movement, comprehensive and accurately assess the product absorption capacity and speed. Can be used for adult incontinence, baby and female hygiene products.
Used to test the thermal resistance Rt (Clo value) and Ret (wet resistance) of diapers worn by baby, to evaluate the heat dissipation/breathability performance of the product in a partition or overall, skin water sensation; microclimate analysis study (with related microclimate model); Madsen thermal physiological skin temperature simulation (dummy skin temperature changes to show comfort degree).
Flushability Test System，is used to detect the disposable properties and biodegradability of disposable sanitary nonwoven materials, as the basis for production process control of disposable materials and quality testing of final products.
