Model 8130A Automatic Filter Media Tester
The Model 8130A Automatic Filter Media Tester contains all the equipment required for measuring filter media and filters. It can generate salt or oil test aerosols, use high-sensitivity photometers to measure filtration efficiency or penetration, and employ the industry's most advanced pressure sensors to measure pressure drop.
The Model 3160 Filter Media Automatic Test Bench can measure filtration efficiency for up to 20 different monodisperse submicron particle sizes. The MPPS value can be obtained from the acquired data points at either the minimum filtration efficiency or maximum penetration rate. The Model 3160 Filter Media Tester includes the industry's most advanced research-grade electrostatic classifier and two latest Condensation Particle Counters (CPCs), capable of simulating upstream and downstream particle concentrations. The measurements are fully automated and can export data to Excel or databases.
The Model 8150 Automatic Filter Media Tester is a new product launched by TSI in May 2021, bringing high-performance testing from the laboratory to the production line. The Model 8150 Automatic Filter Media Tester can perform 100% quality assurance (QA/QC) testing directly on the production line for P100, FFP3, and similar respirator filter media and filters. The Model 8150 is a highly compact automatic filter media tester that can be easily retrofitted to any existing production line. It employs the same technology as the Model 8130A Automatic Filter Media Tester and delivers matching results, while optimizing for high throughput and 24/7 remote control operation.
