Zhongcai Industrial New Materials (Chuzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in 2020 with a registered capital of 88 million yuan, covering an area of 199 acres and a total construction area of about 190,000 square meters. The first phase of the project has built more than 60,000 square meters of production and office buildings. The project introduced the latest generation of intelligent STT nonwoven production lines, high-performance meltblown production lines, and high-performance wet nonwoven production lines from Andritz in Europe, with supporting real-time online quality inspection systems, intelligent slitting and packaging systems, MES production management systems, etc. It is mainly engaged in the research and development, production and sales of spunlace nonwovens, spunbond nonwovens, and meltblown nonwovens. The products are widely used in the fields of automobiles, medical and health, industrial base fabrics, etc. The company has passed ISO 9001 (quality), 14001 (environment), 45001 (occupational health and safety) and other management system certifications, and has established an international enterprise management system.  The company has applied for more than 80 patents, authorized more than 30 patents, led and participated in the formulation (revision) of 3 national and industry standards, and established a collaborative innovation mechanism with Zhejiang University of Technology and other universities and research institutes to jointly solve industrial technical problems and promote further innovation and development of nonwoven industry in equipment and technology. At present, the company's products cover spunbond nonwoven fabrics, meltblown nonwoven fabrics, spunlace nonwoven fabrics and other categories, and extend to packaging products, BOPP film products, etc., which can provide customers with a full range of solutions in related fields.
