The MPM wood pulp meltblown spunbond absorbent core of sanitary pads is primarily composed of continuous polymer microfibers with a diameter of around 3 microns, discontinuous wood pulp fibers with diameters ranging from 10 to 25 microns, and a certain proportion of SAP (Super Absorbent Polymer). Used in disposable hygiene products, this innovative structure overcomes the challenge faced by traditional sanitary pads, where it is difficult to balance fast absorption, liquid retention, and maintaining a stable, non-deforming structure even after absorbing liquid.

In terms of design, the product is as thin as 0.1 cm. The finished product incorporates a multi-layer composite design, including a pure cotton nonwoven fabric top layer, a super-thin, nearly imperceptible core, and a bottom membrane. The core uses a newly developed wood pulp meltblown absorbent material to ensure quick absorption and prevent rewetting, keeping the skin feeling dry and comfortable.

Technologically, this product breaks free from the monopoly of European and American companies. Through continuous innovation, the company has made significant advancements in wood pulp meltblown technology by creatively combining SAP with the new-generation absorbent core (i.e., wood pulp meltblown spunbond absorbent core). Several patents have been filed for this invention.

The environmentally friendly, soft, wood pulp meltblown core sanitary pad is currently the only product in the world utilizing this technology. It boasts outstanding performance features such as softness, lightness, fast absorption speed, high absorption capacity, and minimal rewetting. This product addresses common issues with traditional absorbent cores, such as loose structure, sagging, and deformation.
