Polyacrylonitrile pre-oxidized fiber


Our company independently develops and manufactures polyacrylonitrile (PAN) pre-oxidized fibers, also known as pre-oxidized yarns. Tested according to the FZ/T50017-2011 standard, the fibers have a Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI) of 49.6, demonstrating excellent flame retardancy and thermal stability. These fibers do not melt, drip, soften, or shrink during combustion, produce low smoke, and are non-combustible. They offer good thermal insulation, resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, durability in harsh chemical environments, and excellent radiation resistance. These fibers are primarily used in industries such as aerospace, rail transportation, new energy lithium batteries, and automotive interior materials. They can also be used to produce high-temperature sealing fillers, fire-resistant materials, heat-resistant nonwovens, corrosion-resistant filter materials, and more. They have been widely applied in automotive interiors, sound insulation, thermal insulation, and firefighting gear.

Polyester (PET) Flame-Retardant Fiber


Our company develops and manufactures polyester (PET) flame-retardant fibers. Tested according to the GB/T5454-1997 standard, these fibers have a Limiting Oxygen Index (LOI) of 35.3, classifying them as flame-retardant materials. They are now widely used in applications such as high-speed rail seats, aircraft, automotive, and ship interior decoration materials, air filtration materials, soundproof building materials, home textiles (bedding products), and firefighting uniforms.

Polyester (PET) Flame-Retardant Nonwoven Fabric


Our company manufactures polyester flame-retardant nonwoven fabric, made from polyester flame-retardant fibers (PET) using a specialized process. This material offers excellent flame resistance, effectively delaying flame spread and self-extinguishing once the fire source is removed. It meets international and domestic standards such as EN 13501-1, UL94, and GB 8624. With the high strength, chemical resistance, and lightweight properties of polyester fibers, along with durable flame-retardant performance, it is suitable for applications in building decoration, automotive interiors, protective gear, home furnishings, and electronics.

Pre-Oxidized Fiber Nonwoven Fabric


Pre-oxidized fiber nonwoven fabric is a high-temperature, flame-retardant material made from polyacrylonitrile (PAN) fibers using a needle-punched process. It offers excellent heat resistance, flame retardancy, and chemical stability. The pre-oxidation process ensures the fibers remain stable at 200-300°C for long periods and can withstand temperatures above 600°C briefly. The material is self-extinguishing and meets strict fire safety standards. Soft, strong, and with good thermal insulation and corrosion resistance, it is widely used in high-temperature filtration, fireproof insulation, aerospace, firefighting gear, and battery separators. Its pre-carbonization properties also make it a key material for carbon fiber felt and carbon-carbon composites, with strong potential in industrial protection and new energy sectors.
